By opening an account at XLBet™, the client automatically accept the rules of XLBet™, and the fact that it is the responsibility of the client to know and abide by the rules. XLBet™ reserves the right to change these rules at any giving time and will notify the clients in such cases.
In case of any dispute, it will always be the English version of the general rules of XLBet™ that will apply.
In order to open an account, a client must be at least 18 years old, and XLBet™ reserves the right to close and / or suspend an account if there is any suspicion about this fact.
XLBet™ may at any given time ask clients to verify their age or personal information.
A client can only hold one account at XLBet™. Clients from same household / I.P. can only open one account.
It is the responsibility of the client to keep his account number and password confidential and not permit any third party access to his account. XLBet™ is not responsible for clients who disclose their password and account number to other parties or for any third party abuse of the account.
XLBet™ will always have the right to deny a client the opening of betting account and reserves the right to close any account without providing any information or explanation.
XLBet™ does not accept clients working in the betting industry or being a professional gamblers (People who make most of their living from gambling)
XLBet™ will charge a fee of 2% on any credit card transaction.
XLBet™ does not accept bets from syndicates, and will always have the right to cancel bets and suspend any account if any suspicion of that or any other fraudulent action occurs.
It is the sole responsibility of the client to ensure that he / she complies with all laws in any jurisdiction relevant to his / her use of XLBet™. Internet betting may be illegal in the jurisdiction in which the client is located, and if so it is the responsibility of the client to not use the services of XLBet™.
XLBet™ reserves the right to refuse a bet at any time, from any client without cause.
A Bet confirmed by the the client can not later be changed or cancelled, unless declared void.
All bets accepted by XLBet™ are not levied tax and duty by XLBet™. XLBet™ does not report any of the clients transactions hence it is the sole responsibility of the client to report such information to the appropriate taxable jurisdiction.
In the case of an obvious error or mistyping on the odds, scheduled time, or maximum bet limit, any bets will be deemed a "no action" bet, and the bet will be voided.
XLBet™ reserves the right to take away any bonus, at any time, without further explanation.

Deposit Bonus rules:
The deposit amount (up to maximum bonus amount) + the bonus amount must be turned over 3 times on betting to minimum odds 1.50 before a withdrawal can be paid out and before a transfer to other products should be made.
Example: Deposit $50= Bonus $25. Turnover required: ($50 + $25) x 3 = $225.
If a withdrawal is requested before the requirements are met, the withdrawal will not be paid out and your bonus amount may be deducted.

We add 1 bonus point to your account for each 1 euro (or equivalent currencies) placed on a bet, and by accumulating points over a period of time you will have the option to receive free plays.

Pay out info
Please send a mail to finance@xlbet.com including your username and the desired amount, and we will process the pay out.
You can make one free pay out per 14 days. If you wish to have more than that within the 14 days, we will charge you 10 Euro per extra pay out in that period.
Depending on general security issues a pay out will be refunded to your account within 2-4 bank days.
The pay out will be credited to the credit card you initially used for deposit, but if for some reason that cant be processed we will always contact you immediately and an alternative solution will be found.

In a Counter-Strike match one team has to win majority of the rounds (total 16 or 13 rounds for total 30 respective 24 rounds) to be valid. If the match ends before a winner is announced the stake will be returned.
If a match starts before the official confirmed time all the bets that been made after the game has started will be cancelled and the stake will be returned.
All bets on E-Sportgames will be settled by the official results in each E-sport League/Tournament. If a draw option has not been available, then extra time will count if played.
If a game ends with walkover, disqualifications or for other reasons aren’t completed, all bets are Void.
If an official result is not available within 48 hours, bets that are not yet decided will be void.
If a name of a player/team is misspelled all bets will stand unless it is obvious it is the wrong object.
If in an official match a player plays with the wrong nickname or a smurf-account. The result is still valid. Unless it is evident that its not the player that was supposed to play that match.
If unfair play is suspected, XLBet reserves the right to keep any payments on hold. If the unfair play can be verified, XLBet has the right to cancel the bets.
XlBet reserves the right to lock any account and withhold payments, where foul play is suspected confirmed or uncorfirmed.
If there are any indications of fault play, fixed games or other suspicious behaviour, XLBet will contact the various organisations like ESL and G7.
In Warcraft 3 a "hero kill bet" is valid only when a player gets experience points on it.
Handicap betting
In the betting world betting on ”Handicap” is a well know phenomenon.
A handicap match in soccer means that the favourite will start the game by fictiously being down by one goal. This means that the underdog will start the match in the lead by one goal.
In e-sports this will be applied, not by a lead by one goal, but instead a lead by having won one map or round or goal(fifa) already. This is a way to make a very uneven match more even, and thus giving the bettor more possibilities of betting on a match.
Example from soccer:
Manchester United vs. Coventry Handicap 0-1
This means that Coventry starts the game by leading by one goal. So Manchester United have to score at least two goals without Coventry scoring any, to gain the lead in the match. For instance.
The match ends Manchester United 1 – 0 Coventry.
If you had placed a bet on Manchester United to win by handicap, you would lose the bet, because Coventry started leading the match by one goal to zero according to the handicap.
This will apply to Warcraft 3 games in the following manner:
For instance MYM.Grubby is scheduled to play a best-of-3 series in which he is a significant favourite.
MYM.Grubby vs. Underdog Handicap (0-1)
The match ends 2 – 1 in MYM.Grubbys favour, meaning that MYM.Grubby has won two maps and the underdog has won one map. If you then apply the handicap bet to the score, the result of the match is a tie. Seeing as the underdog started the game by being up by one map. So if you had bet on Handicap X, you would have won the bet.
The degree of the Handicap can vary depending on how many maps/rounds will be played in the series, and on how big a favourite one of the sides is.
Soccer rules90 Minutes Play
All soccer bets will be settled on 90 minutes play, this includes extra time added by the referee in respect of injuries and other stoppages.
Extra Time, Golden Goals and Penalty Shoot-outs do not count unless otherwise stated.
For betting purposes, any match suspended before the 90th minutes and not completed the same day will be deemed void, except for those bets the outcome of which has already been determined at the time of abandonment. For example, First Player to Score or Time of the First Goal bets will stand provided a goal has been scored at the time of abandonment. For all game types with HT, 1. half must be completed, unless the full time result also is required to settle the bet.
Abandoned Matches
All bets on soccer matches abandoned before a 90 minutes play, will be void unless the matches are re-arranged and played within 24 hours then the bets will stand. Bets will also stand, if the outcome, of matches involved, have already been determined, at the time of abandonment except for the Over Under bets where all bets are voided at the time of the abandonment.
Re-arranged matches:
If a match is rescheduled from the weekend to a Monday night for the purpose of live TV coverage, all bets on that match will stand.
First goal scorer:
If a player starts the game or takes part before the first goal is scored all bets will stand. Bets on players who do not play before the first goal is scored will be void.
To get a card:
The player has to start the game for bets to stand. Cards shown to non-players (e.g. managers or substitutes who play no subsequent part in the game) do not count towards the total.
In the event of a match being abandoned before 90 minutes have been played, all bets will be void, unless settlement of bets is already determined.
Head to Head: Most goals bet with two players (1X2-bet).
The players must start before the bet is valid. Any goals scored during penalty shoot-outs will not count, but goals in extra time will count. The official result is also the result XLBet™ will use.
H2H between two players in a full or half season:
The relevant players must start at least 5 games. If two players finishes on the same number of goals in a H2H bet, the player who first scored the number of goals shall be the winner.
Regarding H2H bets on a tournament/season the following rules applies: The outcome is not decided before all rounds has been played in the country in question. In cases where both teams finish in ecactly the same position the official table of the country in question shall count. If any teams are deducted points due to financial reasons, the bets including that team are void.
Correct Score Half Time
Bets must predict the result at half time, 45 minutes play (home, draw, away).
Bets will be void if the match is abandoned before half time.
Half time - full time double result (Db. Chance)
Bets must predict the result at half time (home, draw, away) and the end of normal time (home, draw, away).
Extra time and penalty shoot-outs do not count.
Bets will be void if the match is abandoned.
To be relegated.
If a team is relegated by force by the national football association due to any reasons, the bets are cancelled.
Bets on "a player will score or not": The player in question shall be on the pitch from kick off. Otherwise the bet is void. Golas in extra time does not count.
Bets on "a player to get booked or not": The player in question shall be on the pitch from kick off. Cards in extra time does not counts.
Handball: Match betting:
Unless otherwise stated all bets will be settled based on the score at the end of regulation time, and excluding overtime if played.
Matches postponed, brought forward or abandoned:
A cancel or postponed match will be treated as a 'non-runner' for settling purposes, unless it is played within 24 hours of the original start time. If the venue for a match is changed, all bets placed based on the original venue will be made void and stakes refunded.
H2H - which player will score most goals:
Both players in this bet has to have received playing time inside the ordinary match playing time. If that is not the case the bet will be void. Any goals scored during penalty shoot-outs will not count, but goals in extra time will count.
Regarding bets on topscorer, 1st goalscorer and H2H scores the player does not have to start but only has to participate in the match at some stage for the bet to be valid.
Golf: For H2H -bets (18 holes) the following rules apply: If a player does not tee-off or complete the 18 holes the bet shall be void. . If both players have the same number of strokes it will be a draw.
Head2Head
For H2H 72 hole match betting: Players are paired for betting purposes only. Players are priced to return the lower score over the entire tournament. If both players have the same number of strokes the bet will be void - playoff does count if played.
Head3Head (triple head)
Players has to tee-off and complete the round (18 holes) for the bet to stand, otherwise the stakes are refunded.
If two or all three competitors in a H3H duel finish with the same result, all winning bets will be void.
Head3Head:
For H3H 72 hole match betting: Players are paired for betting purposes only. Players are priced to return the lower score over the entire tournament. If 2 or 3 players have the same number of strokes all winning bets will be void - playoff does count if played.
Outright bets: A player has to complete tee off for the bet to stand and if there is a playoff the result of that will apply. If en event does not finish i.e. bad weather etc., the official results are considered valid no matter how many rounds are played. If a player who is not on the list wins, the bet is a losing bet unless "Others" is on the list
To Miss/Make The Cut
For some tournaments we may offer prices for players to make the cut i.e. take part in the final rounds, or miss the cut i.e. fail to qualify for the final rounds.
Icehockey:
Ordinary playing time counts unless anything else is stated - also for under/over, handicap etc. If a match is cancelled before the end all bets are void with the exception of already decided bets i.e. 1st goalscorer, period results etc.
A match that is cancelled or moved has to be completed within 24 hours from the original playing time or the match will be omitted at the odds 1.00.
Tennis, Badminton and Table Tennis. :
All matches will be void no matter what the score is if the match is cancelled. A match that is cancelled or moved has to be completed within 24 hours from the original playing time or the match will be omitted at the odds 1.00.
Baseball Both listed pitchers must start the game and throw at least one pitch for bets to stand. If either pitcher fails to start the game for any reason any bets on the game including money line, run line and total line will be void and set to odds 1.00.
If a match is postponed and is not restarted inside 24 hours the match is void no matter how much playingtime has been played.
Basketball, NFL Extra time is included unless anything else is stated - also for under/over, handicap etc. If a match is postponed and is not restarted inside 24 hours the match is void no matter how much playingtime has been played.
Horses
XLBet™ reserves the right to restrict the amount of any bet or any track at any time.
After XLBet™ verifies the results of the race, if it is found that the bet was placed after post time, the bet will then be disqualified from any winnings, and the stake will returned.
Betting are offered on Win (Winner), Place (first or second place) and Show (First, second or third place)
Bets are accepted until post time. If a wager is made after the race has begun, it will not be accepted. We do not assume liability for wagers that are unsuccessfully entered before post time.
If a horse is scratched, all Win/Place/Show bets will be refunded.
There is a $1,000 profit limit, per client per race. Any stake placed above this amount will be returned.
There are no house odds. If there are no track payoffs for a certain type of wager, all wagers on that type will be refunded.
Max odds are 40 on win, 20 on place and 10 on show.
